A capacity utilization analysis (measuring OEE = Overall Equipment Effectiveness) was compiled for the automobile supplier industry to monitor machine utilization on more than 40 production lines. More than 4.5 million data sets were recorded and analyzed for several ten-thousands of manufacturing products and then transferred to SAP for further processing.
