Is it possible to access one virtual Com port from several computers at the same time?

No, only one computer at a time has access. All others receive the message: "ACCESS denied" (program-specific output).

Is the handshake Xon/xoff supported?

Xon / Xoff handshake is supportet from firmware version 12. Please make a firmware update if necessary. The handshake modes "hardware" and "none" are supported, too.
