Using triggers and recording filters

Activating a project

Click the Activate icon to start profiling and tracing the application. At this point, SpeedTrace is in a waiting state. It waits for the WinTest.Ball.Bounce to occur in order to start recording the application.

start-recording

Now the balls have collided, and SpeedTrace Pro will start Recording the application. The WinTest.Ball.Bounce function has been called.

stop-recording

At this point, one ball has been added to WinTest. SpeedTrace will stop recording as soon as WinTest.Box.Add has been called. SpeedTrace will then transmit the profile result to the workspace in the profiler.
