Using triggers and recording filters

Summary view

Whenever you select either Profiling and Trace Data or Profiling Data Only, a Trace Analyzer window will appear.

If you select Trace and Profiling Data, five tabs will be shown in the Trace Analyzer (Summary, Functions, Caller-Callee, Call Stacks and Trace). Under the Summary tab, General Information (Machine Name, Trace Start Time, etc.) and Performance Summary (Most Called Functions, Functions With the Most Individual Work and Functions That Take Longest) will be displayed together with the number of calls and times taken, respectively.

From the Summary view, you can switch to Caller/Callee, Call History or Source Code Views.
